EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Kiani has garnered extensive experience in design and management of mechanical and plumbing systems throughout his 20 year career. He has successfully completed numerous projects in healthcare, research lab, educational, commercial, institutional hospitality and winery venues, including wine caves.

His strong leadership skills provide him with the ability to direct focused project teams in such a manner as to ensure the continuity of the project. Construction administration and management are his forte and this, coupled with his creative, solution oriented abilities enable him to oversee all areas of the design of a project.

In addition to management, Mr. Kiani’s primary responsibilities have included system selection, calculations, detailed design, specifications, technical building analysis, energy and feasibility studies, report writing, initial building systems review, multi- option design development, equipment specification, cost estimating, team organization, ensuring adequate resources, budget and schedule application and the essential client, consultant and agency communication and interface.
