In 1999, Harry Price embarked on an ambitious plan to restore the historical Hatt Building in downtown Napa. The Napa General Store is the part of the large complex consisting of the premium hotel and eateries.

The unique 100% fresh air supply and heat recovery, combines the high air quality, with energy conserving and highly efficient ventilation system.

We provided full mechanical and plumbing engineering services, integrating the systems with the historical preservation work and we were closely involved in construction process.
