National Register of Historic Places, The Hatt Building, began in the 1800s and has had a significant place in the City of Napa Waterfront for over 100 years. MK2 was selected by the Owner to perform all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing for the conversion of several adjoining structures into a luxury boutique hotel, three fine restaurants, a cafe, spa, and retail shops.
