The corporate tenant improvement of the two floors in the modern office-building complex near the Napa Airport included private offices, boardroom and server room.

In some of the sensitive areas we incorporated noise dampening / privacy enhancing design of ducts.

Working with the architect, we developed ductwork distribution, which allowed for open grid ceilings and VAV system allowing for individual temperature control.

We provided HVAC, and Plumbing construction documents.
