Mike Kiani has over 30 years of experience in consulting engineering, project delivery, designing, and managing Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire/Life Safety System projects. He has deep expertise delivering engineering services for educational, governmental, residential, healthcare, and hospitality projects.
As the company’s Founder and Principal in Charge, Mike oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, and commissioning. He also acts as the company’s Principal Mechanical Engineer to conduct system selection, calculations, detailed multi-option design development, equipment specifications, energy studies, feasibility analysis, strategic facility planning, initial building system reviews, construction administration, communication/coordination activities, and report writing.
